All hardware installed by Tensor Design technicians is covered by a minimum 12 month onsite warranty.
In the unlikely event that a piece of hardware supplied by Tensor fails within the warranty period, we will send out a technician to your site who will either repair or replace the component in question at our discretion.
After the warranty period expires, repair of any failed equipment will incur a service charge as set out in the List of Fees and Charges
