The AI-JOW-2D is an adaptor designed to suit the Aiphone JO series video intercom system that allows two video door stations to be connected to a single room station. The adaptor has inputs for two JO video door stations and outputs to control the door release for each of those door stations.
The Two Door Adaptor is used in situations where a single residence, small office, or apartment needs to monitor two separate entrances using the same internal monitor unit:
Front Gate and Front Door: A common setup for securing a property boundary (gate) while also monitoring the immediate entrance (door).
Front Entrance and Rear Entrance: Monitoring primary access and a delivery or back-of-house entrance.
