The AXIS P1265 Mk II (02858-001) is a specialized indoor modular camera designed for high-stakes, discreet surveillance. Unlike standard cameras, it consists of two parts: a tiny sensor unit (the size of a thumb) and a separate main unit (the “brain”), connected by a long, thin cable.

This “Mk II” version is a major upgrade because it introduces the ARTPEC-7/8 level processing, specifically the Deep Learning Processing Unit (DLPU), which was previously unavailable in pinhole cameras.
