The Hanwha Wisenet SBV-136B is the dedicated aluminum junction box (back box) for the QNV-7080R and several other Q-series vandal domes.
If you are mounting the camera on a hard surface (like brick or concrete) where you cannot tuck the cables into a wall cavity, this box is mandatory. It provides a waterproof space to house the RJ45 connector and the camera’s pigtail.
