DS-2CD6425G0-C1 is replaced by  DS-2CD6425G1-10 and is a covert camera with 4 optional sensor shapes, the cylindrical, the block shaped, the fixed focal and the ball shaped. The sensor and the body of the covert camera are separate, which make it easy to conceal. The cable between the sensor and body is now available in two and three meter lengths and can produce a full HD 1080p resolution in real-time.

The DS-2CD6425G1 is a modular “covert” camera designed for high-security applications where the surveillance hardware must remain completely invisible. It consists of two parts: a compact sensor unit and a separate main body (decoder), connected by a 2-meter (6.6 ft) cable. This allow you to hide the bulk of the electronics in a ceiling or wall cavity while only a tiny 3.7mm pinhole lens is exposed.
