The HiLook IPC-D140H is a 4MP “Value Series” Vandal Dome camera. While the Turret cameras we’ve discussed are great for general outdoor use, this Vandal Dome is specifically engineered for areas where the camera might be subject to physical tampering or harsh weather.
As part of Hikvision’s HiLook brand, it offers the essential “pro” features—like 4MP resolution and high-end compression—at a significantly lower price point than the flagship Hikvision lines.
