The PLANET POE-E201 30W PoE Extender is a simple, plug-and-play device designed to extend both the distance of Gigabit Ethernet data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) beyond the standard 100-meter (328 ft.) limit of Cat. 5/5e/6 UTP cable.

It functions as a PoE Repeater that draws power from the incoming PoE signal, requires no external power supply, and forwards the data and remaining power to a remote device.
